Quirk

Youta's quirk allows him to generally create a concentrated wave of electricity on a surface. It's possible for him to shoot electricity from his fingers, but it's significantly weaker. Youta cannot create a pulse if there is nothing to put his hands against, which means he is rendered almost completely useless. He has a set amount of electricity he can use, and cannot absorb electricity, only produce it. If he needs more electricity, his main go-to resource are fluids, specifically water. Other than that, Youta will remain useless for the rest of the battle once he has used up all of his electricity. Electricity is mainly conducted through his hands, but he can also use his feet to give himself a boost for running, jumping, etc.

    Youta is a pretty friendly guy and is gosh darn willing to make some new friends. He's ready to head in and talk to some strangers if he has to, and doesn't mind speaking to unfamiliar faces at all. Youta isn't much of a serious guy, and isn't really a stickler for rules. Anything goes as long as it isn't life threatening at least. More often than not, he's usually seen talking to someone or trying to strike up a conversation, even with a teacher if there are no available students. His activities often range from hanging out with others in crowded areas or just staying in and talking to one person that is available. He's usually willing to take hits for his friends, and doesn't mind getting in trouble and taking the blame as long as they make sure to not do the same thing again.
    He doesn't have many goals that he wants to follow, besides the small and mudane things on his bucket list. While he is attending Yuuei, Youta doesn't exactly expect himself to become a super popular hero once he graduates, nor does he expect himself to gain tons of fans despite how nice it would be. Often seen with a smile on his face, it's hard to bring him down unless the situation is deadly serious. Other than that, he seems greets everything with a smile and a cheerful voice. Even if he isn't a stickler for rules, he still will listen and do what he is told and will definitely make sure that he did what was asked of him. Youta doesn't require too much either, a simple life seems to be perfect for him.
    While he can be serious when the time calls for it, Youta is more often than not childish. Usually when faced with anything serious, he doesn't think of it as being important at all. Sometimes he brushes it off or will try to give the simplest answer he can give. Even if he is brave, he doesn't seem to know the difference between good ideas and death sentences. Youta often rushes into battles without plans if there hasn't been one issued yet, which often gets him into trouble and dangerous situations. If he finds something he seriously likes, it's hard to get him to stop talking about it sometimes. While some topics drift away from his mind after a while, some topics just become his main conversation striker with others. Along with acting like a child sometimes, Youta does enjoy his pranks. They aren't too big most of the time, and they tend to be small things that aren't life threatening. 

Biography

    Youta was born to a wealthy man named Jomei, who ran a somewhat well-known business. It wasn't too popular, but it at least made the the man enough money. He was born in America to a loving mother named Anora Armstrong. For most of his lifetime, he didn't meet his father, because he was back in Japan. At the time, the boy didn't really care too much. He was with his loving mother and was also under the care of her sister when she was too busy to work, and occassionally Anora's brother or other family members. Youta lived in America for 10 years and enjoyed it there, quickly making friends with others in school. He found out about his quirk when he seemed to be giving people small static shocks when touching them. Luckily, his friends didn't seem to mind- they thought it was cool! Anora soon found out once Youta told her about what was happening, and gladly taught him how to use his quirk correctly. It took a while, but he soon got the hang of it. Youta was given gloves to prevent himself from shocking classmates left and right.
    At the age of 13, Jomei came back to America to take Youta to Japan. Anora insisted on coming with him, but he rejected the idea. After a couple of talks, she agreed and allowed Youta to go back with his father. After a few goodbyes to family members, he went with his father to Japan. Youta was introduced to a new home, and was greeted by a different woman, and a young boy who looked slightly older than him. Jomei told the boy that the woman named Mizuki would be his new mother, and the young boy named Yuuki would be his brother. When Mizuki asked who this new boy was, Jomei simply claimed that Youta was the child of close friends in America. He said that they entrusted Youta to him before they passed away. The boy was about to question it, but Jomei hushed him. Despite that, it didn't seem to be too much of a change to Youta, so he didn't mind at all. Mizuki was a sweet mother, despite being somewhat strict at times, and Yuuki was welcoming as well. Youta grew close to Yuuki over time and they seemed to be practically inseparable. Over time, Mizuki and Yuuki both taught Youta Japanese so they could communicate better.
    When highschool rolled around, the only thing Youta was thinking about was attending a regular college. However, his step mother had different plans for him, as well as Yuuki. Seeing as both the boys had quirks, she wanted them to attend Yuuei-Academy. What better than to enroll her sons into the best school for heros? While Jomei and Mizuki never went to Yuuei, it would never hurt to have your sons enroll in such a high class school, right? Yuuki seemed to be all for it, firmly believing that he could help others in need if he became a hero, while Youta was iffy about it. Saving people and helping them felt nice, he could admit, but what would he do if he wasn't good enough? It took some persuading from both his brother and step mother, but he eventually agreed to go Yuuei.
